The Centre for Policing Research and Learning (CPRL) at the Open University (OU)  is a collaboration between academics and 20 UK police forces/agencies to co-create high-quality knowledge, supporting evidence-based practice and better policing for society's benefit.
CPRL helps police agencies adapt to a changing landscape emphasising evidence-based practice. Our work includes: 
Research - Problem-solving research and evaluations 
Learning - Educational courses / qualifications in policing and related practice
Knowledge into Practice - Innovative KIP activities related to organisations and workforces.
