Colin is a solutions specialist with over 20 years of delivery experience into the public and private sectors. He has an immeasurable passion for both innovation & change and runs his own consultancy business.

For the last four years, Colin has focused on introducing change into policing. He now wears 17 hats of responsibility across 23 different forces and all 43 via his national roles within policing. He has also developed close working relationships with the Home Office, all police affiliated bodies and chairs frequently at Parliament.

Lastly, in addition to the above, he is currently spearheading a national initiative to reduce serious youth violence
