Richie is a Founding Director of UK based transformation and improvement consultancy Lynchpin and Associates Ltd. Following a 22 year career in the Army, and then as Head of OD for a large UK council for 10 years, Richie and business partner Anne Garrod started their company in 2011. Lynchpin have supported numerous organisations in developing the foundation to successful change and transformation - their workplace culture. Their unique 'Culture by D.E.S.I.G.N.' approach has been successfully used in all sectors across the UK. Richie's mantra is a simple one - "ensure your workplace culture takes centre stage - don't become a victim of it".
