Wendy is the Implementation Manager in the College of Policing, working on projects including Initial Entry Routes, Leadership and Neighbourhood Policing Programme. Her team work closely with forces to implement new products, identify good practice and share learning through knowledge sharing events and other engagement activity.
Prior to joining the College in 2017, Wendy has 22 years’ experience working within Forensic Services at West Mercia and Cambridgeshire Police, most recently as Crime Scene Coordinator and Forensic Trainer, recruiting, training and assessing competence of staff.
